Slightly stretchy fabric. SPOILER: Provenance: This pretty dress is new and has never been worn. It comes from a lot that I bought from Monsieur Louis. He ran a fine ready-to-wear boutique for 40 years in Flanders. You still have a photo of his sign thanks to his latest promotional bags! It was washed by me before being put on sale.
